The functionality is only available in V12 Position Organization Chart . If customer wants to use the new Manage Copy of Position in Position Organization Chart feature then they need to request to Cloud Product Support Team to get V12 Position Organization Char enabled in Provisioning. This is because it is an ECT-30164 Opt-In feature.
