• Scheduling Crystal Report for Enterprise fails with error message "FailedToGetTable (CRS 300003)" but viewing the problematic report in BI Launchpad is fine.
• In the trace log of Adaptive Job Server, the following error message appeared
• Caused by: com.businessobjects.connectionserver.CSError: Conversion from charset to UTF8 failed : Encoding not loaded

• Viewing/refreshing the Crystal Report for Enterprise in BI Launchpad fails with error message "The viewer could not process an event. Failed to execute query" but refreshing Web Intelligence Report which against the same Universe is fine.
• In the trace log of CrystalReportProcessingServer, the following error message appeared
• Error=DBDriver failed to load: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll

 

• Expanding an Oracle connection in multi-source data foundation in IDT fails.
• The error message is:
• Data Federator Driver [Server] Connector EAGLE-DB-T5 ConnectionServer has reported an exception: Conversion from UTF8 to charset has failed: Encoding not loaded
