- Admin is unable to manually propagate or synchronize assignment profile.
- Both the Propagate and Synchronize option are unavailable to select within the Assignment profile.
- The Assignment profile is not synchronized as per scheduled Assignment Profile Synchronization APM.
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Cause
If Assignment Profile has been scheduled to Propagate or Synchronize on a future date, then both the Propagate and Synchronize options will be unavailable.
Resolution
This is expected behavior of LMS.
The Assignment Profile will Propagate/Synchronize based on the schedule date and time for that specific AP and not based on scheduled date and time for the Assignment Profile Synchronization APM.
