Reproducing the Issue
User wants to consume/manage the case information by using the webservice.
Cause
In the current functionality of SAP Business Bydesign and SAP Hybris cloud for customer. We dont have any such webservice that will help in managing/consuming the case informations.
Resolution
This is a system designed behaviour and if in future any such functionality will be given, then all the customer/partners will be informed.
