2290325 - Timestamp error when attaching a form to notification - Onboarding 1.0

When adding an attachment in a notification, a timestamp error is appearing.

After a instance refresh, the "FormGroup didn't get renamed" then you will not be able attach the form.

Please contact SAP Support trough a ticket to proceed with the investigation and solution.
