2290780 - Cannot update system <SID> with outdated data

Symptom

  1. A system data is not updated in SAP Suport Portal automatically.
  2. When trying to update manually, the following error message is displayed:

Cannot update system <SID> with outdated data

  1.  The error can be also seen on SLG1 logs for the daily execution of LANDSCAPE_FETCH job:
