Reproducing the Issue

Import your UDF and do not input any values under the column 'COMPENSATION_SAL_RATE_UNITS'. In the form it will display as 1.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior. If you do not add anything under the column 'COMPENSATION_SAL_RATE_UNITS', it will be populated with the default value as 1.
