2290826 - BI4: Prompts missing in the prompt window when refreshing webi report in BI Launchpad

Symptom

  • A webi report containing 8 prompts has been migrated over from QA to Production.
  • When the webi report is refreshed it only shows 2 prompts however when the report is refreshed a second time 8 prompts are brought up.
