2290837 - "The server is busy" error when creating CR4Ent report against universe

Symptom

  • When creating a Crystal Reports for Enterprise report against Universe based on a PostgreSQL DB the follwoing error is shown:
    "The server is busy. Please save any pending change and try again later. If the problem persists, contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30284) (Error: INF)"
