2290856 - While Creating a NewUser, Dump at the Time of Selecting the Organizational Unit ID from the Value Help

You want to manually create a new user in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. But while you select the Organizational Unit ID XYZ (where XYZ represents the Organizational Unit ID) from the Value Help, the system throws an exception.

Unexpected error during backend processing

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Master Data Replication work center
2. Select the Employees view under Import
3. Find the Remote Employee ID
4. Select the Actions | New Manual Snapshot-Based Data Replication Request button
5. Select Organizational Unit ID XYZ from the Value Help
6. Result: You receive an exception

You have chosen incorrect option Actions | New Manual Snapshot-Based Data Replication Request button

To create an Employee manually in the staging area, select Actions | New Manual Complete Data Replication Request button as below:

1. Go to Master Data Replication work center
2. Go to Import view
3. Select the Actions | New Manual Complete Data Replication Request
4. Fill the required data on the different tabs
5. Select Save
6. Select Replicate button to create the employee in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

2. Go to Complete Master Data Replication view
3. Select the Actions | New Manual Complete Data Replication Request
4. Fill the required data on the different tabs
5. Select Save
