Symptom

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2016
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2020

Resolution

  • To display the total number of pages, uses the special field: TotalPageCount
  1. In Crystal Reports, create a report based on any data sources.
      
  2. Add a group.

  3. From the Design tab, right click on the Group Footer and select: Section Expert

  4. In the Section Expert window, go to Paging tab, and check the following options: 
    • Reset Page Number After
    • New Page After
                    
  5. Click OK

  6. Go to the Field Explorer.

  7. From Special Fields, select the TotalPageCount field and place in either Page Header or Page Footer section.

The total number of pages for each group will be displayed on each page of the report.
