2291535 - User has no Courses in Library when Searching

When using the Find Learning tile to search the Library, no Courses are present and the user sees a "There are no search results with your keyword or search criteria. Please remove your criteria and try a new search."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning User side
2. Using the Find Learning tile, click Go
3. Library screen shows 0 Courses and doing a blank search keep showing no courses are available

The User does not have any Libraries assigned.

1. Go to People > Users
2. Search for the User and access the record
3. Go to the Library Access tab
4. No Libraries will be listed

Users are assigned Libraries through Assignment Profiles. Either create a new Assignment Profile or find an existing one and modify the rules to have the user be part of the Assignment Profile.
