2291835 - Cannot drop a dbfile from IQ_SYSTEM_MAIN if RLV is enabled - SAP IQ 16

Symptom

When the dbspace IQ_SYSTEM_MAIN contains several dbfiles, and RLV is enabled on the database, then dropping one of the dbfiles from IQ_SYSTEM_MAIN would fail with this error:

Drop disallowed for dbspace C:\IQ16\IQ-16_0\demo\iqdemo_sysmain.iq.
One or more of the file(s) are in use by the database.
-- (slib\s_db.cxx 4062)
SQLCODE=-1009156, ODBC 3 State="HY000"

Even though, there is no other connection on the database and the dbfile is empty.
Stop and restart the IQ sever does not help.
