2292100 - Error 3261 "You cannot load this dump because it contains functionality.." - SAP ASE

Symptom

LOAD DATABASE of a dump from a higher-versioned ASE fails with error message 3261.

Example:
Msg 3261, Level 16, State 2:
Server 'ASE', Line 1:
You cannot load this dump because it contains functionality that is available only on the server on which it was dumped.

[This message generally doesn't mean the specific server the dump came from, rather it means any server of a high enough version to support the incompatible feature.]
