Under LMS > System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > BizX->preventDeletionOfActivitiesAddedViaCDPFromLMS=true
Resolution
This new feature as been added as part of b1602 release and this is NOT required as part of integration and this feature if enabled will "prevent users from removing activities from Learning Plan if it's been added from CDP".
