2292786 - Error Message "Your entry is too long. Do not enter more than 20 characters"

When trying to enter more than 20 characters for field Product Category ID you are getting the following error:

Your entry is too long. Do not enter more than 20 characters

1. Go to Products work center
2. Select Product Categories view
3. Select Maintain Product Categories
4. Select Actions button
5. Select Add Subcategory
6. Enter Product Category ID

Maximum allowed length for Product Category ID is 20.

This is expected system behavior.

Maintain a value which has 20 or less than 20 characters.
