2292820 - ME 347: Cannot change the release order (PO) if the contract is unreleased (but PO release is possible)

A purchase order (PO) was created against the contract, and a further change is done on contract afterwards. Due to this change, the release of the contract is reset.
When you now try to change the existing PO which references the contract, the system issues error ME 347 (Release orders against contract & not possible (contract not released)). It is not possible to change the PO while the contract is not released.

However, it is possible to release the PO e.g. in ME29N even if the contract is not released at that time.
