• Online content is not accessible in a blended item (instructor-led with online content) during the class when an approval is associated with the class even if the user is registered by an admin.
• Though the system shows that the user is enrolled, the online content is not available for launch and the option to request for approval is present.

1. Create a blended item (instructor-led with online content) that has an online content >
2. Make sure that the item has an approval required >
3. Item level > “Details” tab > “Unregistered User can Access Online Content” disabled >
4. Item level > “Online Content” tab > Settings > Launch > “Content is available for launch (available for users)” enabled > “Content available only during specified time slot of a class” disabled >
5. Create a class and make sure an approval is required >
6. As an admin register a user in the class >
7. Access as the user and you will see that the start course option is missing and the approval is required.

This is the expected behavior.

• If it is an item (e.g.: Online) and it has an approval process, it requires approval before launching of the online content.
• If it is a class (e.g.: ILT course) and it has an approval process in the class level, the approval is bypassed if the user is enrolled by an admin.
• If it is a blended item (instructor-led with online content) and the item and class have approval processes, the item approval would still be required, even if the user is enrolled by the admin in the class.
