Symptom

The job CCMS_GRMG_BATCH_EXECUTION is long running in SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME. In t-code SM37, the job status is Active like this:

CCMS_GRMG_BATCH_EXECUTION USERID ACTIVE 21.02.2016 19:06:19 70.351 19

There is such error in the dev_icm when the job is starting to run:

Sun Feb 21 19:06:19 2016

[Thr 140609959884544] *** ERROR => IcmConnConnect: No service for protocol HTTPS started [icxxconn_mt. 2154]

In t-code GRMG, the scenarios are all in grey status.
