Symptom

  • Messages in the Event Viewer appear partially in English and in other languages. ie (in the example below, the highlighted part is in german):
Datenbank-Zugriffsfehler. Grund: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Transaction (Process ID xx) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.. (FWB 00090)
