2293720 - Item survey notification triggered by "Initiate Surveys" action button shows no information for syntax tag Course name

Item survey is triggered by Add Learning History and message is not received in right format & Information about course name is missing.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

1. Create a survey for course feedback & Make survey optional and due date = 5 days.
2. Publish survey.
3. Associate survey with any item.
4. Add learning history for a User with the item.
5. Schedule APM for Course Feedback and Follow-Up Surveys Email Notification to run daily
6. Define a time about 2 minutes ahead of current
7. User will get email as soon as APM runs

-OR-

1. Navigate to Class that is related to the item with survey associated.
2. Click "Initiate Surveys" button in actions menu

Notification customization and syntax tags are wrongly configured.

Ensure the notification is using only the default syntax tags available for the default template and/or use the default template without cusotmization (ensure to check each locale version which  may have different customizations or not using the default).
