2293904 - Empty Groups are displayed under the Fiori Launchpad on Portal using different device types

Symptom

  • When accessing the Fiori Launchpad on Portal (FLP on Portal), Groups (Categories) which do not contain tiles are displayed. For example:
    category-visible.png
  • The user would have previously logged on to a previous device (for example a Desktop) to the current device (for example a Smartphone) where the Desktop Groups are shown, but without any Tiles
