SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Pre-requisite:

• Super Administrator access
• In Onboarding application, Include all the export fields in the Export folder in Data dictionary (Settings tab)

Triggering of custom export after completion of notification:

1. Go to the particular Notification
2. Go to Actions tab
3. Add Action
4. Name : Set Custom Status
5. Execution Type : On Finish
6. Filter : Key = Value (if any)
7. Add Parameter : Provide a name and the value

Now go to super admin site

1. Super admin -> Feature -> Custom Export
2. Include the parameter set in the Set action in Notification.
3. Activate the export.

Triggering of custom export after completion of a Step:

1. Go to super admin site
2. Choose the processes
3. Click on the correct step where you want to set the custom export
4. Click on Add Action
5. Click on New Action
6. Name : Set Custom Status
7. Execution Type : On Finish
8. Filter : Key = Value (if any)
9. Add Parameter : Provide a name and the value
10. Activate this export in Super admin -> Feature -> Custom Export
