2294674 - FAQ: Learning Plan report results


  • The standard admin report Learning Plan contains an unexpected output: completed trainings are correct, but there are too many trainings in the Learning Plan.
  • The items no longer on my learning plan and yet showing in the report are from a pool of requirements I self-assigned after the curriculum was assigned to me.


Learning Management System (LMS)


  • The User Learning Plan report outputs status of entities that are or were on the users learning plan, and their status. 
  • Requirement pool items from a self-assigned curricula out of the catalog should not be appearing in the report unless the user added the item to their plan.  If the curricula was assigned however, then those would be on the users plan.
