Symptom

  • Error in OpenSwith/OpenServer log:
     
    • ct_cursor(CURROWS): user api layer: external error: The command cannot be initialized after the cursor has been opened
       
  • Error in Quartz application log:
     
    • org.quartz.JobPersistenceException: Couldn't acquire next trigger:
      ct_cursor(CURROWS): user api layer: external error: The command cannot be
      initialized after the cursor has been opened. [See nested exception:
