Symptom
When a client is being deleted with SCC5, the dump "Raise exception" can happen at "post-processing" phase, saying "NO_AUTHORITY", and client deletion terminates due to this.
However the relevant client entry might already been deleted from SCC4 (table T000) and the deletion log can show that all the objects of the client have been deleted.
