When trying to download or transfer a report in Report Transfer, it fails with the error "Page X contains a broken query. This page cannot be copied."

Cause
Any validation errors in a report can prevent it from being copied elsewhere, to prevent the error from multiplying.
Resolution
Address all validation errors in the report and then attempt the download/transfer again.

If you do not have access to Instance Validator in the Admin menu, open each page in the editor and use the Validate Page tool on the left.
