2294821 - Document Center is Presenting Blank Page and Timestamp Error - Onboarding 1.0

• All users who access Document Center receives blank page
• All users who access Document Center receives a time stamp error

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM and go to  Onboarding
2. In Onboarding, click the sub-menu and access Document Center
3. Blank page is received, time stamp error message shows

Sporadic error that causes the application to disconnect with Document Center

Note

Refreshing the Document Center requires turning off the feature and enable it back after 5 seconds to reconnect with the application.
