2294823 - Sales Order approvals are not part of the Manager Approvals App

Symptom

You are not able approve Sales Orders on the Manager Approvals App but are able to view and approve this within your SAP Business ByDesign System.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to the Manager Approvals App.
  2. Select Approvals.
  3. Sales Order which has to be approved cannot be found in the Manager Approvals App.

 

Cause

As of now Sales Order approvals are not part of the Manager Approvals App.

Resolution

This is the designed behavior of SAP Business ByDesign system.

As a workaround, approve Sales Orders from your SAP Business ByDesign system in the Managing My Area work center.
