When using the latest SL Common UI by entering the URL in a browser, the system repeatedly prompts for OS user and password to start the SUM. The default user should be <sid>adm. Even after entering the correct credentials for <sid>adm, the browser continues to display the login prompt without additional information, and SUM fails to start.
