- SAP Jam Admin wants to remove the Download option for files in the SAP Jam app.
- SAP Jam app does not show the Download option for files, even though the same is available in browsers.

Resolution
Jam admins can remove the Download option specifically from the mobile app via the "Download Files and Share" settings in the Mobile -> SAP Jam Mobile App page of the admin console.
Unchecking the above highlighted options will disable the Download option for the iOS and Android app, respectively.
Note: This setting applies to the Mobile app only, and will not remove the download option from browsers.
