Symptom

  • Unable to refresh a report on the BI Platform if the report is based on a multi-source universe. The report goes transparent and does not load
  • If the same connection is based on a single source, the report refreshes with no issues on the BI Platform
  • In Lumira desktop, the report refreshes correctly
