2295063 - User validation message when trying to enroll in two classes with same date and time

User is not receiving validation message when trying to enroll himself into two classes scheduled for same time and date.

1. Create two classes for the same time and date >
2. Enable user registration >
3. As a user enroll into both classes >
4. User can enroll to both without receiving a validation error message about scheduling conflict.

This is considered expected behavior if the setting "Prevent Users from creating user schedule conflicts" is not enabled.

Go to:

1. Learning Administration >
2. System Administration >
3. Application Administration >
4. User Settings >
5. Check the "Prevent Users from creating user schedule conflicts".

Administrators will get a validation message even if the option is unchecked but users won't. The validation error looks like the following:
