Symptom

Executing a Perl script raises the following error message:

$perl firstapp.pl
Can't load '$SYBASE/$SYBASE_OCS/perl/sybaseperl_32/lib/arch/auto/DBD/SybaseASE/SybaseASE.so' for module DBD::SybaseASE: ld.so.1: perl: fatal: libsybct.so: open failed: No such file or directory at /myfs/mydir/perl/lib/5.14.0/sun4-solaris/DynaLoader.pm line 190.
