2295367 - User Costs report not showing cost related information

Symptom

Users who completed item with financial information are not showing any cost related information in the User Costs report.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User completes item with cost related information >
  2. When running the User Costs report, finance information comes blank.

Resolution

The User Costs report returns information about each selected user's cost for each item that they have completed.

Those costs are in fact expenses (ex.: travel expenses, food, etc.).

In order for them to show in the report, completion must be granted through Manage User Learning > Add Learning History with Finance.
