SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

SuccessFactors supports the following desktop browsers:

• Google Chrome

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

• Safari by Apple

And the following mobile browsers: 

• Safari by Apple

• Google Chrome for Android

• Google Android default browser

• Microsoft Edge

Notes:

• Internet Explorer Browser is no longer supported.
• We support browser versions that are still supported by their respective vendors so older versions will not be supported.
• Check browser features required by SF (such as complements, add-ons and so on): Browser Configuration Requirements for SAP SuccessFactors.

For issues affecting a single user using SuccessFactors (i.e: missing header, missing search bar, header misalignment or incomplete rendering, page layout inconsistencies, missing UI elements):

1. Check if they are using the browser latest stable version. Usually, the version can be found in Browser settings > "About" session.
2. In case the browser is updated to the latest stable version: Collect HTTP/HTTPS logs while replicating the issue. Make sure to clear cache or navigate in incognito. See KBA 1990706 - How to capture an HTTP trace using Google Chrome or MS Edge (Chromium) for instructions.
3. Create a case for SuccessFactors Platform Support Team attaching the collected logs and browser version screenshot.
