2295749 - How to Request a Partner/Reference/Demo Tenant

Symptom

Partner wants to have a new Partner/Reference/Demo tenant either to use it for demo to the client or to test the ruggedness of the product.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer
SAP Business ByDesign

Cause

Partners cannot request new Partner/Reference/Demo tenant by clicking on 'Request Creation' button from Systems view in Service Control Center work center.

Resolution

Partners need to contact SAP TDD (SAP Test Demo Development Licenses for SAP Partner) Team by sending an e-mail To: tdd@sap.com in order to request new Partner/Reference/Demo tenant.

Then the concerned team will validate the request based on the contract and the requirement and will further proceed by delivering the Tenant to the Partner.
