2295853 - sap.com/tc~esi~esp~itsam~ui~logging~wd application fails: SOA connectivity and logging trace plug-in issue

The SAP Application Server JAVA SOA Web service and RFC calls tracing in Netweaver Administrator (/nwa) fails to load with a technical exception and the below error is logged in the default trace file:
