  • A transaction filled the tempdb transaction log. 
  • The database option "Abort tran on log full" was set but the process failed to rollback after several hours. 
  • The "dbcc stacktrace" command output shows functions xact_rollback() and undo_xdealloc_or_xdeallocm().
