2296013 - How to Enable/Disable currencies in LMS

Outlining the steps to enable/disable a currency on your SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Log in as an Admin (must have the necessary privileges) and Navigate to References -> Commerce -> Currencies;
   
   If you want to enable a currency:
2. type the ID/Description or you can do a blank search if you don't know the ID or Description, select the "Not Active" option and click on search;
3. Click on the edit button of the currency of your choice;
4. Check the Active checkbox and click on Apply Changes.
   
   If you want to disable a currency:
5. type the ID/Description or you can do a blank search if you don't know the ID or Description, then select the "Active" option and click on search;
6. Click on the edit button of the currency of your choice;
7. Uncheck the "Active" checkbox and click on "Apply Changes".
