2296123 - Filenames of a ZIP archive created with class CL_ABAP_ZIP are corrupted

Symptom

CL_ABAP_ZIP is used to compress a file, but the file name got garbled.

For example, after compressing "STMS設定.xlsx" (Chinese filename) to a .zip file, the Chinese characters became '#':
