E-mail notifications not received by referrer when a candidate is moved between statuses on talent pipeline

Customer has late stage application feature enabled in the instance where recruiters can move candidate between talent pipeline statuses even when candidate has not applied to the job.

If a candidate has not applied to the job and he is moved to different talent pipeline statuses then e-mail notifications will not be triggered for referrer. However, e-mails to other roles (like Reruiter, Hiring manager, etc.) will be triggered.

Candidate should apply to the job so that referrer also receives e-mail notifications when candiate is moved between talent pipeline statuses.
