In your Opportunity, no Sales Organizations are shown in the value help.

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Select the Opportunity view.
3. Edit the Opportunity XYZ (XYZ represents the identififcation of the opportunity).
4. Locate the Sales Organization field.
5. Select the value help of the Sales Organization field.

No data are shown in the value help.

This is due to the selection of the scoping option : Do you want to enable users to specify per opportunity a predetermined combination of sales organization, distribution channel and division ?

1. If the customer has selected the question : "Do you want to enable users to specify per opportunity a predetermined combination of sales organization, distribution channel and division ?"

• It means that Sales Org/ Distribution Channel/Division can only maintained as a combination in an opportunity.
• The system would check the sales data maintained in the Account. In case no sales data are maintained for the respective account, no results will be shown in the value help of the sales org field.

     2.   If the customer has Not selected the question : "Do you want to enable users to specify per opportunity a predetermined combination of sales organization, distribution channel and division ?"

• It means that Sales Org/ Distribution Channel/Division can be maintained indiviudally in the opportunity.
• The value help will show all available sales organization.
