2297189 - Where in the UI is Name Format Respected

Once Name Format has been enabled (See KBA 2274066 - How to use Name Format functionality in Employee Central), it is not respected in all areas.

Name Format works for People Search and Quick card, and is pulled from the Formal Name field.

The Formal Name field is populated based on the Name Format assigned to the Legal Entity of the employee.

Once Name Format is created and assigned to the Legal Entity of the employee, it will update the Formal Name field once any change is made to the employees personal information page (see KBA 2295729).

In Job Information, the "Supervisor" field shows the format First Name + Middle Name + Last Name instead of the defined Name Format in the Legal Entity.
