2297256 - SuccessFactors: Unable to find "PGP Key Management" from Admin Center

Symptom

The PGP Key Management feature is unavailable within the Admin Center.

Environment

SuccessFactors BizX

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Search for "PGP Key Management" 
  3. No results found

Cause

The required permissions are not in place for this feature to be activated.

Resolution

Add the following RBP setting for the intended target user to have access to PGP Key Management

 

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
  2. Select the inteded role and click on Permission...
  3. Here, under "Manage System Properties", make sure the "Platform Feature Settings" is checked as seen below.
