Freight is not added automatically in Sales Orders.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Go to Pricing view and select Freights sub view.
3. Freight is maintained for sales order.

 Now, check the freight in sales order:

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to Sales Orders view.
3. Edit Sales Order XYZ (XYZ represents sales order ID).
4. Navigate to Pricing and Invoice tab and select Pricing sub tab.

Under Total Pricing section, the price component Freight is not added automatically.

Freight charge is not getting added automatically because the sales order is created as a follow-up document from a sales quote. System will only consider the price components which are already maintained in the sales quote.

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to Sales Orders view.
3. Edit Sales Order XYZ.
4. Navigate to Pricing and Invoice tab and select Pricing sub tab.
5. Under Total Pricing select Update pricing -> Completely.
