2297595 - How to solve - unable to upload IIS created certificate signing requests (CSR) files on the Apple Developer service portal.

Symptom

It's no longer possible to upload CSR files on the Apple Developer portal web page when created on IIS. The upload will end up with error: Invalid CSR - Select a valid Certificate Signing Request.
