2297666 - ORA-00920 error generated when previewing users in Assigment Profile

The following system error is generated when customers attempts to view those users selected for an Assignment Profile.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

The probable reason this error is generated is because within the Rule configuration of the Assignment Profile, the same value has been referecned twice. For example below, note that the Item Completion has two rules.

Therefore when you then attempt to 'Preview Users in Assignment Profile' the error is generated.

Customers needs to merge the previous two rules into one.

Now when you select 'Preview Users in Assignment Profile' the previous error is gone.
