1. To ensure that the background color appears correctly in SAP Lumira when remotely connecting to a Windows Server 2008 machine, follow the steps described in the following Microsoft Documentation: Configure Maximum Color Depth for a Remote Session
2. Set the color depth of the remote session to 32 bit when connecting to the machine.
3. As an examp[le in Windows 7: select OptionsDisplay in the Remote Desktop Connection dialog, and set Colors to 32 bit.
