Symptom
When there is more than one exam as part of the course, the grade value is blank/the grade value is not averaging.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
In the Learning admin side, click:
- People > Users > Search and access the desired user >
- Completed Items > Find the desired course > View Details > Grade line without a value.
Or
In the Learning admin side, click:
- Reports > Search and access the Learning History one >
- Add the report filter criteria > Run Report > The Grade column of the report does not have a value.
Resolution
This is working as designed. Currently, Learning does not average the grade or add multiple lines in the Learning History report to display all grades.
To check the exams grades, it would be possible to:
- People > Users > Search and access the desired user >
- Completed Items > Find the desired course > View Object Details.
Or
- Reports > Search and access the User Exam Data one.
